4. MSN Messenger. Use the email address tviokh@hotmail.com. NOTE: Please do NOT send email to the hotmail address, as I use that box as a spamcatcher and not for regular email.
   ANY EMAIL SENT TO THE HOTMAIL ADDRESS WILL BE IGNORED.

I do not use Yahoo messenger due to copious amounts of spam and porn spam, so don't even ask about it.

Contact Guidelines
Due to a large amount of email from people who do not bother to carefully read though the site before asking me questions, this has become necessary.

• Please read through the entire site before emailing a question to me!
  I don't mean to be rude, but if the answer to your question can be found on the site, my reply to you will be "Go read *X* section of the site for the answer." I get a lot of email regarding this site and/or questions from bird owners. I take the time to answer all emails, and took the time to put together this site for the benefit of bird owners, so PLEASE take the time to read the information contained here before emailing me.
  
• If you think your bird is sick DO NOT EMAIL ME! Get your bird to an avian vet or emergency vet ASAP!
  That is the exact answer I will give you, so please don't waste time emailing me if you think your bird is sick. A few hours delay in vet care can be the difference between life and death, and there are times when I don't get to my email for 1-2 days.
  
• The Health & Dangers section has a long list of signs that your bird may be sick, so please don't email me to ask if I think your bird is sick.
  
• Please think before sending a question. I do not really appreciate getting 5+ one line emails from the same person in rapid succession.
  
• Please do not expect me to do your research for you. google.com is a great starting point. I will not write you a novel on behavior, breeding, diet, etc..I also will not help you do your homework for school projects.
